Wir protestieren gegen die restriktiven Migrationsgesetze und fordern: Bleiberecht für Alle statt Chancenfalle!

  • Abschaffung aller Sondergesetze! Ausländergesetze / Aufenthaltsgesetzte / Asylverfahrensgesetze / Asylbewerberleistungsgesetz etc. sind Sondergesetze, die alle Menschen ohne deutschen Pass unter Generalverdacht stellen und voll von restriktiven Regelungen sind.
  • Stattdessen treten wir für gleiche Rechte für Alle ein: Menschenrechte, Grundrechte, Bürgerrechte sollten unabhängig vom Pass sein.
  • Offene Grenzen und Bewegungsfreiheit für Alle!
  • Legalisierung jetzt! Kein Mensch ist illegal, auch wenn er keinen Pass hat!
  • Abschaffung von Abschiebungen!
  • Stoppt die Kriminalisierung der Migration!
  • Teilhabe und Mitbestimmung für alle statt dem rassistischen Integrationsdiskurs!
  • Menschenwürdige Arbeit, Wohnung, Bildung und Gesundheitsversorgung für alle!

We reject the restrictive migration laws and demand: a right to stay for all instead of a ‘chance’ trap!

  • The abolition of all special laws applicable only to foreigners, such as asylum law or the German residence act. Laws such as Asylum Seekers’ Benefit Act (Asylbewerberleistungsgesetz) are applicable only to foreigners and subject persons without a German passport to more restrictive regulations, placing them under a general suspicion.
  • Instead, we demand equal rights for all: human rights, constitutional rights, and civil rights should not depend on one’s passport.
  • Open borders and freedom of movement for all!
  • Legalization now! No one is illegal, even if they do not have a passport!
  • Abolition of deportations!
  • Stop the criminalization of migration!
  • Participation and co-determination for all instead of the racist discourse of ‘integration’!
  • Dignified access to work, appartments, education, and health care for all!

Nous protestons contre les lois restrictives sur la migration et exigeons: Droit au titre de séjour pour tous au lieu d’un piège à opportunités!

  • Abolition de toutes les lois spéciales ! Les lois sur les étrangers, le titre de séjour, les procédures d’asile, sur les prestations aux demandeurs d’asile, etc. sont des lois spéciales qui placent toutes les personnes sans passeport allemand sous un soupçon généralisé et qui sont pleines de réglementations restrictives.
  • Au lieu de cela, nous exigeons l’égalité des droits pour tous : Les droits de l’homme, les droits fondamentaux et les droits civils devraient être indépendants du passeport.
  • Ouverture des frontières et liberté de mouvement pour tous !
  • Légalisation maintenant ! Personne n’est illégal, même s’il n’a pas de passeport !
  • Non aux expulsions !
  • Stop à la criminalisation de la migration!

(Droit de rester pour tous au lieu d’un piège à opportunités)

SPD, BÜNDNIS 90/DIE GRÜNEN ve FDP’den oluşan federal hükümet, hem koalisyon anlaşmasında hem de önümüzdeki haftalarda parlamentoya sunulacak yasa paketlerinde yer alan “fırsatlar”, “katılım” veya “saygı” gibi kulağa hoş gelen terimlerle göç ve mülteciler politikasında iyileştirmelerden yanaymış gibi bir algı operasyonu yapmaktadır.
Örneğin koalisyon anlaşmasında şu sözler yer almaktadır: “Herkes eşit haklara sahiptir. Herkes aynı şanslara sahip olmalıdır ve ayrımcılıktan korunmalıdır. Biz çoğulcu, hoşgörülü ve demokratik bir sivil toplumdan yanayız.” Fakat bu sözler gerçekliği yansıtmadığı gibi planlanan göç yasalarında da karşılığını bulmuyor. Trafik Işığı Koalisyonu (TIK), göç ve mülteci politikası konusunda bugüne kadar geçerli olan ilkelere bağlı kalıyor. Bu ilkeler ise “güvenlik endişeleri”, “sosyal sisteme yüklenilmesi”, kriminalizasyon, izolasyon, ırkçı ayrımcılık, haklarından mahrum etme, ikamet hakkı için düzinelerce engel, göç edenleri yalnızca siyasi veya ekonomik çıkar kıstasına göre kabul etme vb.
En az 60 yıllık göç sürecinden sonra halen kısıtlayıcı göç yasalarıyla ve hizaya getirilme kurallarıyla yaşamaktan bıktık.
Kısıtlayıcı göç yasalarını protesto ediyoruz.

Taleplerimiz:

  • Boş söz yerine herkese kalma hakkı!
  • Yabancı yasaları gibi özel yasalar kaldırılsın!
  • Sınırlar açılsın, herkese hareket özgürlüğü tanınsın!
  • Kayıtsızlar legalleştirilsin! Pasaportsuz olmak insanı insanı yasa dışı kılamaz!
  • Yurt dışı edilmeler kaldırılsın!
  • Göçün ve göçmenlerin kriminalize edilmesine son verilsin!
  • Irkçı entegrasyon politikaları yerine herkese katılım, söz, yetki ve karar hakkı tanınsın!
  • Herkese insan onuruna yakışır iş, konut, eğitim ve sağlık imkanları sunulsun!

Bu hedeflere ulaşılmadığı sürece en azından haklar parça parça olsa da elde edilmeli.

wir laden euch herzlichst ein zu einer Infoveranstaltung über die geplanten Änderungen in den Migrations- und Asylgesetzen in Deutschland.

Bleiberecht für Alle statt Chancenfalle!

Die Bundesregierung plant bis Ende 2023 in insgesamt vier Gesetzespaketen ihre migrations- und flüchtlingspolitischen Versprechungen des Koalitionsvertrags von SPD, BÜNDNIS 90/DIE GRÜNEN und FDP umzusetzen. Am 6.7.2022 hat das Bundeskabinett das erste dieser sogenannten Migrationspakete beschlossen. Sie versprechen für eine verbesserte Migrations- und Flüchtlingspolitik zu stehen, indem sie in den Ohren gutklingende Begriffe wie „Chancen“, „Teilhabe“ oder „Respekt“ benutzen. Jedoch entsprechen diese Schlagwörter keineswegs den realen Verhältnissen und sind auch in den geplanten Migrationsgesetzen in Praxis nicht vorgesehen. Die Ampelkoalition hält an den bisherigen Grundsätzen der Migrations- und Flüchtlingspolitik fest. Geprägt sind sie von „Sicherheitsbedenken“, „Belastung des Sozialsystems“, Kriminalisierung, Abschottung, rassistischer Diskriminierung, Entrechtung, dutzende von Hürden für das Zugestehen von Aufenthaltsrechten, Aufnahmebereitschaft nur bei politischem und wirtschaftlichem Nutzen usw.

Wir finden Chancen, Teilhabe und Respekt sehen anders aus. Deshalb fordern wir von den Gesetzgeber*innen ein Bleiberecht für Alle statt Chancenfalle!

Auf der Infoveranstaltung möchten wir uns gemeinsam mit euch die knifflig formulierten Gesetzesentwürfe näher anschauen. Wir möchten uns einen besseren Überblick darüber verschaffen, welche Auswirkung die geplanten Änderungen für Migrant*innen und geflüchtete Menschen in Deutschland in der Praxis haben werden und euch unsere Kampagne vorstellen.
Wir wünschen uns eine breite, überregionale Zusammenarbeit mit Flüchtlingsorganisationen und Unterstützer*innen!

Am 07. Oktober 2022 16:00 Uhr wollen wir gemeinsam vor dem Bundestag gegen die Migrationspakete protestieren um ein starkes Zeichen für echte Chancen zu setzen!

  • Die Veranstaltung ist auf Deutsch. Vor Ort wird eine Flüsterübersetzung ins Englische, Französische und Türkische angeboten. Wir bemühen uns auch weitere Sprachen anzubieten.
  • Angesichts der steigenden Covid-19-Zahlen wünschen wir, dass alle Teilnehmer*innen vor Ort eine medizinische bzw. eine FFP2-Maske tragen.

RIGHT TO STAY for ALL instead of opportunity trap!

The federal government aims to implement its migration and refugee policy promises in the coalition agreement of the SPD, A BÜNDNIS 90/DIE GRÜNEN and the FDP in a total of four legislative packages by the end of 2023. On 6 July 2022, the cabinet adopted the first of these so-called migration packages. They promise to stand for an improved migration and refugee policy, using terms that sound good such as “opportunities”, “participation” or “respect”. However, these buzzwords do not correspond at all to the real situation and are also not provided for in practice in the planned migration laws. The coalition is further sticking to the previous principles of migration and refugee policy that are characterised by “security concerns”, “burden on the social system”, criminalisation, isolation, racist discrimination, disenfranchisement, dozens of hurdles for the granting of residence rights, readiness to take in refugees only if there is political and economic benefit, etc.

We think opportunities, participation and respect look different. That is why we demand from the legislators a right to stay for all instead of an opportunity trap!

At the information event, we would like to take a closer look at the trickily formulated draft laws. We would like to get a better overview of the practical effects of the planned changes for migrants and refugees in Germany and present our campaign.
We hope for a broad, supra-regional cooperation with refugee organisations and supporters!

La régularisation pour tous et non au guet-apens!

D’ici la fin de l’année 2023, le gouvernement fédéral prévoit de mettre en œuvre ses promesses en matière de politique migratoire et d´asile dans le cadre de l’accord de coalition entre le SPD, le BÜNDNIS 90/DIE GRÜNEN et le FDP dans quatre projets de loi au total.

Le 6 juillet 2022, le cabinet fédéral a adopté le premier de ces “paquets migratoires”. Le gouvernement promet d’améliorer la politique de migration et d´asile en utilisant des termes qui sonnent bien aux oreilles comme “chance”, “participation” ou “respect”. Pourtant, ces slogans ne correspondent en aucun cas à la réalité et ne sont guère prévus de manière pratique dans les projets de loi annoncés. La coalition gouvernementale reste fidèle aux principes actuels de la politique d’immigration et d´asile. Ceux-ci sont basés sur une approche sécuritaire d´isolement, la stigmatisation de la migration comme une “charge pour le système social”, la criminalisation et discrimination raciale, la privation de droits et la validation de multiples obstacles à l’octroi du droit de séjour, la volonté d´une migration selective et uniquement au cas où celle-ci sert les interêts politiques et économiques, etc.

La chance, la participation et le respect ont pour nous une tout autre signification. C’est pourquoi nous exigeons du legislateur la régularisation pour tous au lieu d’un guet-apens ou semblant d´opportunité!

Pendant la réunion d’information, nous souhaitons examiner ensemble les projets de loi annoncés de manière profonde. Nous voulons nous faire une idée plus précise de l’impact pratique des changements prévus pour les personnes migrantes et réfugiées en Allemagne et vous présenter notre campagne.

Nous souhaitons une large coopération interrégionale avec les organisations de personnes réfugiées et tous nos soutiens!

Le 07 octobre 2022 à 16h00, nous voulons protester ensemble devant le parlement contre les projets de loi annoncés afin de donner un signal fort pour de vraies chances dans la politique migratoire et d´asile!

  • La manifestation est en allemand. Une traduction simultanée en anglais, français et turc sera proposée sur place. Nous nous efforcerons également de proposer d’autres langues.
  • Compte tenu de l’augmentation du nombre de cas Covid-19, nous souhaitons que tous les participants portent un masque médical ou un masque FFP2 sur place.
