Dear fellow activists for the rights of refugees,

Thank you for attending our demo on 27.09.2023 and supporting it with speeches, slogans, translations and much more. In the meantime you can find photos, videos and (almost all) speeches here.

Our campaign “BLEIBERECHT FÜR ALLLE- statt Chancenfalle!” is becoming more and more important. Because the ‘Federal Ministry of the Interior and for Home Affairs’ has made a draft law out of Nancy Faeser’s proposals. The draft law was published today.
In addition, demands for further tightening are coming from the federal states. The Interior Committee in the Bundesrat wants Algeria, Armenia, India, Morocco and Tunisia to be classified as “safe countries of origin” in addition to Georgia and Moldova.
And across all parties, new proposals to take away even more rights from refugees come up every day.
For example, a proposal is being discussed at the Minister Presidents’ Conference of the federal states, which starts tomorrow: they want to oblige all refugees to do community service and reintroduce vouchers or chip cards instead of cash or non-monetary welfare payments all over Germany.

Liebe Mitstreiter*innen für die Rechte von Geflüchteten,

vielen Dank dass ihr bei unserer Demo am 27.09.2023 dabei wart und sie mit Redebeiträgen, Parolen, Übersetzungen und vielem mehr unterstützt habt. Inzwischen findet ihr Fotos, Videos und (fast alle) Redebeträge hier.

Unsere Kampagne “BLEIBERECHT FÜR ALLE- statt Chancenfalle!” wird immer wichtiger. Denn das ‘Bundesministerium des Innern und für Heimat’ hat aus den Vorschlägen von Nancy Faeser einen Gesetzentwurf gemacht. Der Gesetzentwurf ist heute veröffentlicht worden.
Außerdem kommen aus den Bundesländern Forderungen nach weiteren Verschärfungen. Der Innenausschuss im Bundesrat will, dass neben Georgien und Moldau auch Algerien, Armenien, Indien, Marokko und Tunesien als “sicheres Herkunftsland” eingestuft werden.
Und quer durch alle Parteien kommen täglich neue Vorschläge, Geflüchteten noch mehr Rechte zu nehmen.
Zum Beispiel wird bei der morgen beginnenden Ministerpräsidentenkonferenz eine Beschlussvorlage diskutiert: Sie wollen alle Geflüchteten zu gemeinnütziger Arbeit verpflichten und Gutscheine oder Chipkarten statt Bargeld oder Sachleistungen wieder bundesweit einführen.

Deshalb brauchen wir euch! Macht mit in unserer Kampagne “BLEIBERECHT FÜR ALLE- statt Chancenfalle!”

Chers compagnons de lutte pour les droits des réfugiés,

Merci d’avoir participé à notre manifestation du 27.09.2023 et de l’avoir soutenue par des discours, des slogans, des traductions et bien plus encore. Entre-temps, vous trouverez des photos, des vidéos et (presque) tous les discours ici.

Notre campagne gagne en importance. En effet, le ‘ministère fédéral de l’Intérieur et de la Patrie’ a transformé les propositions de Nancy Faeser en un projet de loi. Le projet de loi a été publié aujourd’hui.
Par ailleurs, des demandes de durcissements supplémentaires émanent des Länder. La commission de l’intérieur du Bundesrat veut qu’en plus de la Géorgie et de la Moldavie, l’Algérie, l’Arménie, l’Inde, le Maroc et la Tunisie soient également classés comme “pays d’origine sûr”.

Et tous les partis font chaque jour de nouvelles propositions pour retirer encore plus de droits aux réfugiés.
Par exemple, un projet de décision sera discuté lors de la conférence des ministres-présidents des Länder qui débute demain : ils veulent obliger tous les réfugiés à effectuer des travaux d’intérêt général et réintroduire des bons ou des cartes à puce au lieu de l’argent liquide ou des prestations en nature dans toute l’Allemagne.
